Yes, come to think of it, we're pretty sure we might have worn it in the 90's when we were 14 and trying to get into a few nightclubs on a Friday night. Jessica chose peeptoe red heels, a black vest, bootleg jeans teamed with a leopard print belt when she stepped out at The 24 Hour Plays: Los Angeles at The Shore Hotel in Santa Monica, LA, on Saturday night. Now we know the 90's are back, but we just aren't sure if we can bring ourselves to champion a revival of this kind...Do you agree heatworlders?
